When you book an appointment with us, we require a $40 deposit to secure your spot on our calendar. This deposit is non-refundable, but it will be counted towards the total cost of your project. So, for example, if your project is $400, your deposit of $40 will be subtracted from that total, and you will only owe $360 at the end of service.
We require this deposit because we want to ensure that we can provide the highest quality service to all of our customers. By reserving your appointment with a deposit, we can be sure that we will have enough time and resources to dedicate to your project. We also want to make sure that our customers are serious about their appointments and won't cancel at the last minute, which can disrupt our schedule and inconvenience other customers.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we're happy to work with our customers to reschedule appointments whenever possible. However, if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason within 24 hours prior to your appointment please be aware that your deposit will not be refunded.
